Validate the model against the product footprint during ingestion (MAPCO-11837).
TilesetReaderreadstileset.jsonfrom the model path - directly, or from a.3tzfollowing the 3D Tiles Archive spec (last central-directory entry@3dtilesIndex1@-> md5 index lookup -> local header; stored/deflate/zstd, ZIP64 offsets), like CesiumGSTilesetSource3tz- and extracts the model polygon from its bounding volume via 3d-sharedcalculatePolygonFromTileset.ValidationManager.validateFootprintapplies the 3d-gateway rule: theProduct.shpfootprint must intersect the model and cover at leastvalidation.percentageLimit% (default 10, env/helm configurable). Tileset format checks moved fromFilesValidatortoTilesetReader.
